<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The AHGFMappedNodes are derived from the complete set of AHGFMappedStream segments feature class. They are a new feature class created by the Bureau in order to distinguish specific kinds of stream segments and their relationship in the stream network. The AHGFMappedNodes are distinguished by specific subtypes. MappedJunctionNode: represents the confluence of any two or more AHGFMappedStreams segment. MappedTerminusNode: represents the end of any AHGFMappedStream segment (either into a coastal outlet or inland sink). MappedArtificialNode: represents the start or end of any artificial AHGFMappedArtificialFlowSegment MappedWaterAreaNode: represents the entry or exit of a AHGFMappedStream into or out of a AHGFWaterbody or AHGFHydroArea feature. MappedGhostNode: currently a placeholder for building spatial relationships to Monitoring Points. This is the only MappedNode feature which does not physically break the stream segment network. MappedHeadNode: the starting point of any MappedStream segment feature. MappedCliffNode: represent the locational break of a MappedStream segment intersection with an AHGFCliffline.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
