The currency of the data varies per area and/or data provider.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Salinity data is measured in one of two ways:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in units of milligrams per litre (mg/L), which measures the weight of dissolved content per litre of water.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Electrical Conductivity (EC) in units of micro-Siemens or milli-Siemens per centimetre (µS/cm or mS/cm). Electrical Conductivity is a reliable estimator of the salinity of water.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Information about groundwater <\/SPAN><SPAN>salinity<\/SPAN><SPAN> fields:<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>HydroCode<\/SPAN><SPAN>\u2014<\/SPAN><SPAN>Jurisdictional bore and pipe/outlet identifier (if relevant) e.g. GW030285.1.1 in NSW, 90001A in QLD<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Agency\u2014Name of agency responsible for managing the bore<\/SPAN><SPAN> <\/SPAN><SPAN>e.g. Department for Environment and Water<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Salinity<\/SPAN><SPAN>\u2014Availability of salinity data<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>SalinityCount\u2014Number of salinity measurements<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>SalinityDateMin\u2014Earliest date of salinity data<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>SalinityDateMax\u2014Latest date of salinity data<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
